Anne Smoley has been a licensed real estate agent since 1984. Prior to joining RE/MAX American Dream, she was a sales associate and agent trainer for Long & Foster Realtors where she also served as acting manager. In 1996 Anne became the first sales associate to join RE/MAX American Dream. Since that time RE/MAX American Dream has grown to more than 100 licensed professionals and more than 30 support staff located in 2 offices serving the Baltimore Metropolitan Area.

Anne has continued her education within the real estate community by obtaning the designations of Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), and Associate Broker. She is active in the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors (GBBR), the Harford County Association of Realtors (HCAR), where she serves on the Networking Committee, and the Harford County Million Dollar Association, where she serves as treasurer. Additionally, she is a member of the Maryland Association of Realtors (MAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).

Her accomplishments since joining RE/MAX American Dream include membership in the 100% Club, Lifetime Achievement Award, and induction into the RE/MAX American Dream Hall of Fame. Anne specializes in residential and investment property. She is also active in property management.

Anne’s charitable activities include Habitat for Humanity, Susan B. Komen Foundation Race for the Cure, Perry Hall Mansion, Children’s Miracle Network, and RMAD Charities. Anne and Dave were married in 1971 and have 3 children. Brad is a website designer working at Johns Hopkins under contract from the National Institutes of Health (NIH). Karen is a sales associate with RE/MAX American Dream and a member of Anne’s team. Kevin is studying music in college and loves to play guitar.

When she is not working, Anne enjoys music, art, travel, swimming, and going to the beach. Anne and Dave live in Bel Air.
