At this time, you are not required to make your property available to applicants receiving government financial assistance. However, the Maryland legislature is considering legislation that could change this in the future.

Yes, we monitor our office voice mail and office email 24/7/365.
Can you put the money directly into my account?
Yes, your monthly distributions can be transferred electronically to an account of your choice.
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
Yes, leases are available for our clients to review upon request.
Do you sell real estate too?
Yes, we are a full service real estate brokerage and property management company.
How and when do I get my checks?
Monthly distributions are initiated on the 15th of each month.
How is rent collection handled?
Rent may be delivered to either of our offices, mailed, or paid through the tenant portal with a credit card or EFT.
How long of a lease do you sign?
Typically, leases vary from a minimum of 1 year up to 5 years depending on the rental owner’s preferences and what is agreeable with the tenant.
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
In Maryland, you may charge no more than 2 months’ rent maximum.
How soon can you start managing my property?
We can begin immediately following the signing of our management agreement.
What type of properties do you manage?
We manage all types of properties from residential to commercial, from individual units to communities.
What type of reports do I get and how often?
You will have a web portal where you can log on 24/7/365 to view the financials and other information on your property.
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
We maintain the security deposit in our security deposit account.
How long will it take to rent my property?
Typically, a property that is in good condition will rent within 30-60 days.
How much will my property rent for?
The best way to determine this is for us to preview the property and prepare a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) in which a rental price range will be included for your consideration.
