Can you hold a place before I apply?
No. You must submit a completed application and be approved before we will hold a property for you.
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
The requirements of what is required with your security deposit vary depending on the strength of your application.
How old do you have to be to apply?
You must be at least 18 years of age.
Is the security deposit refundable?
Yes, is you fully comply with the terms of your lease.
Who needs a co-signer?
A co-signer is required for anyone with insufficient income to afford the rent alone.
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
Our application is available on-line, or you can contact our office and request that we send an application to you directly.
How do I pay rent?
Rent may be delivered to either of our offices, mailed, or paid through your tenant portal with a credit card or EFT.
I want to get a pet. What do I do?
Not all properties allow pets. Please contact the Property Manager for your property to see if there are any restrictions for pets.
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
Everyone on the lease is financially responsible for the term of the lease.
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
Minor interior and exterior repairs are your responsibility. Also, your lease may include a requirement for you to pay a repair fee for each repair.
